Terms and conditions
Below you will find all the relevant information regarding sale and purchase on moemadeit.dk. Do you have any questions or suggestions, you are welcome to contact us. Please note that guarantees and practices on moemadeit.dk are in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Placing an order
When you have placed an order, our system will automatically send you an email informing you of the products you have purchased and the personal information you have stated. Please note that this email is NOT a legally binding order confirmation by which an agreement has been entered. The email is just an electronic answer from our system confirming your entries. This means that we can cancel your order if the error is due to: print error, technical issues, delivery failure or similar situations.

Contract/invoice
Besides the email, which you will receive immediately after placing your order, you will receive an original receipt together with the package. This receipt serves as the product’s purchase certificate. Subsequently, you can access the receipt on our website.

Prices 
All prices on moemadeit.dk are displayed in Danish Kroner. Prices include 25 % VAT for danish orders.

Delivery
We normally ship products within 1-3 weekdays.

Framed works
Framed works are shipped two frames per parcel.
Three or more framed orders will result in multiple parcels.

Damaged goods
If your parcel is damaged on arrival, it is urgent that you contact us immediately after receiving it.
We may need up to 24 hours to process mail, and our shipping provider needs to be alerted within 24 hours of you receiving it. Or else we can not make a claim.
Do this: Take 3-4 photos of all of the following: 1. The damage itself 2. The packaging 3. The shipping label.

Subject: “Damaged goods”
Then we will pass on the claim.

Uncollected parcels/shipments
For uncollected parcels, Moe Made It reserves the right to charge the customer our extra cost for re-printing and re-shipping the order. Since returned parcels will be destructed by our drop-shipping company on arrival.

Shipping International
We deliver to most places in the world. But our shop has not defined all destinations yet. So If you can’t find shipping option for your destination, please contact us at: hello@moemadeit.dk, and we will make it available for you in the shop.

Import Duty and VAT for Deliveries Outside of the EU
Goods dispatched to countries outside of the EU may have an import duty and/or taxes levied on them when they reach your country. Whether any charges are payable will depend on the value of the package and where you are having it delivered to. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. If there any additional charges for customs clearance, they must be borne by you.

Discount when ordering from outside EU
Use discount code: “WORLDWIDE” if ordering from outside the EU. And you will recieve a 20% discount to make up for import taxes. If this discount code is used for orders within the EU. The order will be cancelled by us.
When ordering from Norway use discount code “NORWAY” can be used instead, also for a 20% discount. If this code is used from outside Norway, the order will be cancelled by us.
Only one of these discount codes can be used per purchase, or order will be cancelled by us.
If you already ordered from outside EU, without using the discount codes, please contact hello@moemadeit.dk.

Methods of payment
On moemadeit.dk we use the following methods of payment: Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard & American Express. The money will not be drawn from your account, until your purchase has been shipped from our warehouse.

Safety
All communication between our payments system (Stripe) and the card holder is conducted through an encrypted SSL-connection (Secure Socket Layer). Neither moemadeit.dk or any other unauthorized person(s) can see the data exchanged during a purchase. On moemadeit.dk your personal contact information is 100 % confidential, and we guarantee that nobody can access it.

Exchanges and refunds
You have 14 days full right of return on all products counting from the day you receive your purchase. Please send an email to hello@moemadeit.dk within 14 days after you have received your purchase, you then have 14 days to send the product back. Please state in your email which product you wish to exchange or have refunded. We will then ask you to send us the product + your receipt together with your name, address and telephone number. We will not be kept responsible for unsolicited returns. Please remember that a return requires: that the product is still in its original unaltered packaging. If a product is removed from its packaging, we will estimate the value loss in regards to reselling the product, which will be subtracted from the original price of the product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For the latter, you should expect a processing time of 5-7 weekdays.

Price / review errors
We cannot be held responsible for any price or review errors on moemadeit.dk. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Handling personal information
When registering on moemadeit.dk you will automatically receive an email immediately before each sale. When signing up for our newsletter you agree to receive exclusive news and offers from moemadeit.dk. News and offers are sent electronically.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.Your information such as name, address, telephone number etc. is treated with full confidentiality and is used to handle your order. Legislative requirements for company accounts mean that we are obliged to keep your personal information for five years. Moemadeit.dk is responsible for handling personal information. Your information is stored in a database on a secure server. We do not pass on personal information to third parties. According to the applicable legislation on the processing of personal information, you can have access to and take exception to the information that concerns you.

Changing terms and conditions of sale and purchase
Moemadeit.dk reserves the right to change the terms and conditions regularly.
